RATES

Weekend: $600 (Friday 2:00pm arrival, Sunday 2:00pm departure)

Week: $1,500 per week

Month: $5,000 per month

Additional day rate is $215 available only after purchasing weekend or a minumum of two days stay.

 

Security deposit:

$300 for parties 10 and less, plus $300 for each additional week of stay (1-7 day stay = $300, 8-14 day stay = $600).

$500 for parties 11 and more, plus $500 for each additional week of stay (1-7 day stay = $500, 8-14 day stay = $1,000).

Please note: to insure reservation we must receive the secuirty deposit with the signed contract within four business days of receiving the contract.

 

Additional Fees:

Cleaning fee: $50 for parties of 10 and less, $100 for parties of more than 10

Washington State sales tax (7%) applies.

Pet fee: $30 per night per pet. At this time we accept  dogs only; 80lbs and lighter and require a completed pet addendum which we provide.

               

 

 

Holiday Packages

Thanksgiving: $1,500 (4 days; Wednesday 2:00pm arrival, Sunday 2:00pm departure)

Christmas, New Year, 4th of July are available for weekly rates only for $1,700.
